Remote Terminal Proposal Document
This document will be the closing capture statement of the Concept Development Phase. Requires customer approval.
Idea
NVidia has an issue with their MX400 video cards. These cards will not let either Microsoft's or VNC's remote desktop software to work. The connect gets established but then drops soon (5 secs) after. The solution, build my own. Basically emulate the same functionality as Remote desktop but make it work with this video card.
High Concept
A work around the NVidia MX400 remote desktop problem.

This is to identify what the underlying message will be and how it will be conveyed to the target market.

- It will fix the NVidia problem.
Target Market
Anybody that has this video card and wants to be able to remote desktop into that machine.
Target Hardware Platform
A machine with the NVidia MX400 video card and is running windows.
Estimated Schedule and Budget
3 days at 1 FTE.
Competitive Analysis
Everyone else's is broke and is the reason for building this app. The internet says there is a registry fix but I tryed that and it didn't work.
The Team
Someone that understands how to implement remote desktop.
Risk Analysis
Well there is the issue of the fact that I have a terminal at that machine and I'm currently not using the 16 computers that have this video card. But when I do I need to get this working.
