Patent Agreement

Percentage is the profit share that goes to the company that is funding the work. The rest goes to the patent holder/creator.

• 5% if the research that creates the patent is funded
• 20% if the work to create a functional prototype is funded
• 25% if the work to turn the prototype into a sellable product is funded
