 +===== idea =====
 +Start at the bottom. Kids need to be exposed to as many different things in life as possible. Then as they get older and start to gravitate towards a specific subject, start deep diving on that subject. By the age of 16 kids should have a good idea on what they want to pursue as a career. At that point teachers should help the kids find the best path for success. Whether it's just jumping right into the job market or going to a trade school or a college.
 +Also, schools should teach the basics of life. Personal finance/taxes. How to cook, clean, personal hygiene, conflict resolution, how the government works. These subjects should be taught at a deeper level for all.
 +Teachers need to be more about guiding the students as to pushing for grades.
 +The teachers need to be taught how to spot and deal with different personalities.
 +More practical knowledge about psychology as to the text book information they are currently taught.
 +I could go on, I have a lot on this one.
