Idea
There is TV to be had from all kinds of sources. One source is rss feeds. The idea is to create and appliication that can maintian a list of rss feeds and download the videos within the feeds.
High Concept
Must get more TV.
Target Market Segment Strategy
This is to identify what the underlying message will be and how it will be conveyed to the target market.

- Maintain a list of RSS feeds.
- Download the videos contianed within.

Anybody that wants a better way of downloading TV from RSS feeds.

A machine that can run windows XP.

Competitive Analysis
There are a lot of programs that claim to manage and ever download content from rss feeds. The problem is that most of them wont actually download the content and then there is the issue with the Apple Trailers feed where that feed forces you to go to the site to watch the video. I need a program that can handle dumb things like Apple's limitation.
The Team
Someone that can write a windows app that can parse rss and web content.
Risk Analysis
Low set of risks with the main one being the work is done on my free time.
