This document will be the closing capture statement of the Concept Development Phase. Requires customer approval.
Idea
This was a work related project to create an IE toolbar for an addition to a website. This needs to have the ability to use the websites search function and navigate IE to the results page.
High Concept
Yet another toolbar.
Target Market Segment Strategy
This is to identify what the underlying message will be and how it will be conveyed to the target market.
Features
- it will be direct access to the website search functionality.
Target Market
The target audience for the game. Who will want to buy it. Also include some historical references of the genre selling to said audience. Benefits of this game from the customers perspective (I'm not sure on vagaries with this one).
Target Hardware Platform
Any hardware the can access the web with IE 5 or later.
Estimated Schedule and Budget
2 weeks at 1 FTE.
Competitive Analysis
It's our website so there are no competitors.
The Team
Someone with know in building IE Toolbars.
Risk Analysis
Should be minimal due to the fact that many people have created a toolbar.
