Start at the bottom. Kids need to be exposed to as many different things in life as possible. Then as they get older and start to gravitate towards a specific subject, start deep diving on that subject. By the age of 16 kids should have a good idea on what they want to pursue as a career. At that point teachers should help the kids find the best path for success. Whether it's just jumping right into the job market or going to a trade school or a college. Also, schools should teach the basics of life. Personal finance/taxes. How to cook, clean, personal hygiene, conflict resolution, how the government works. These subjects should be taught at a deeper level for all. Teachers need to be more about guiding the students as to pushing for grades. The teachers need to be taught how to spot and deal with different personalities. More practical knowledge about psychology as to the text book information they are currently taught. I could go on, I have a lot on this one.
