interesting words for a cover letter.
What I find amazing is that game AI prepared me for a host of things completely unrelated to game AI. I took the time to learn as much as I could about artificial intelligence and thoroughly train myself in applying it to games, and it changed the way I think… and the way I think about thinking. Now I'm finding uses for it everywhere – using classifier theory to build trading systems on the stock market, using behavioral models and planners to understand management decision-making and strategy, and using decision modeling techniques to model financial decisions. It was a priceless education that I couldn't have gotten anywhere else, and it has far broader applicability than I ever imagined.
Here is a good resume layout. Also, I need to re-emphize what I have done at work. Stuff like “Created and implemented a Software Development Process for a 40 man team.”

Mr. Lemons served as the primary developer and designer for the FAA interactive CD-ROM. He and an editor, coordinating with subject matter experts, collaborated on the content for this CD-ROM. This CD-ROM is used to market new processes in the FAA structure using video, animations, text, and graphics.
Mr. Lemons served as the primary developer and designer for the Yucca Mountain high-level radioactive waste depository interactive CD-ROM. He and an editor, coordinating with subject matter experts, collaborated on this CD-ROM. This CD-ROM explains the design and probable long-term behavior of the waste depository using video, 3-D graphics, animations, and technical illustrations. For this project, Mr. Lemons used Macromedia Director, 3-D rendering programs, and hundreds of technical illustrations made in Adobe Illustrator to depict chemical reactions and environmental processes.
Proposal Production— As Lead Artist, Mr. Lemons has created templates and procedures to streamline the production of complex graphics and material for proposals such as the Kinetic Energy Interceptor (KEI) Program. For this 8-hour orals proposal, he created templates for use in both Adobe Illustrator (for the artist) and in PowerPoint (for the presenters) so that both groups could minimize the time required to redesign graphics and follow one common look and feel—done with minimal art staff. Mr. Lemons also worked with SharePoint software to share files with authors and staff at remote locations.
As Lead Artist for the Next Generation Delivery Vehicle Concepts (DVC) RFI response, Mr. Lemons created templates and procedures to streamline the production of complex graphics and material with minimal staff. With more than 12 years of experience as a sort of multimedia Renaissance man, Sean Lemons has a background in graphic design and computer animation/illustration and serves our team as an Interactive Systems Designer/Developer/Wizard. His lightning-quick skills (too numerous to mention with any amount of modesty) coupled with an accommodating and charismatic personality have earned him an office role equivalent to a cross between Clint Eastwood and Charlie Brown. Certain co-workers are of the opinion Sean has taken it upon himself to act as tormenter, or “the older brother I never wanted.”
His technical responsibilities in development, art direction, design, and animation/illustration encompass a wide spectrum of development tools and skills. He has extensive experience in authoring, programming, and designing Web sites, Web portals, and Web applications. Unfortunately, no matter how nicely he is asked, Sean does not shoot spider webs from his hands. His creative and technical skills include interface design, information design, usability design, custom training solutions, navigation, and Web programming.
Contrary to the implications of his name, Lemons is not, in fact, sour (though whether or not he has anything to do with “tart” lies outwith the workspace and cannot be verified), and he is almost single-handedly responsible for the lack of silence around the office. Other quotidian tasks include streamlining production processes, facilitating the adoption of new software and production techniques, mentoring junior artists and developers, conceptualizing new approaches to design, conveying abstract concepts through design, and providing training in new graphics and interactive software packages.
