Basically create a rip off of the street fighters game.  Although, this game will be limited to stick figures for the art.  Created in flash.

Using the flash game engine, this should only require the development of the game logic.  This should take roughly 2-3 weeks.

Someone that knows flash development and game development.

It's being worked in my free time.  I don't even know if I'll work on it.
