====== Burnout 3: Take Down ======

while I would like to make this, I would only be doing it to prove to the game's industry that I can build games.  The reality is that I might be financially independent soon, either through some investments I'm making or through this startup that I've been working with.  While it might be quicker/easier for me to build burnout, I should focus on guild quest.
