====== Music cheat sheet creator Concept Document ======
This document will be the closing capture statement of the Concept Development Phase.  Requires customer approval.

===== Idea =====

The need is for a way of creating and managing "Sheet" music.  The format for the "Sheet" music is not traditional sheet music but a short hand cheat sheet format.  The idea is to have a program that can manage the format, layout, and the scale the music is in.  This program needs to be able to support the relative placing of letters representing notes over the related word to go with the note.  There is also a need for the placement of a guitar block that contains notes to be played by the guitarist.  Finally, this application will need to print out the cheat sheets one for one from the screen to the printer.

This is to identify what the underlying message will be and how it will be conveyed to the target market.

  * Proper formating with the note directly above the word.
  * Placement of a guitar block.

  * A table with a key for the meaning of the short hand used.

Band managers working at churches.  Potential more people.

===== Competitive Analysis =====
This is considered to be custom software for that there is no product on the market that does exactly this functionality.  Word is the product that they are currently using which does not give them the complete functionality that they are looking to achieve.

Java programmer.


===== Risk Analysis =====
It will be developed in my free time and may or may not be subsidized.  This project is realatively easy to create so that the risk in whether or not the app could be created is not in question.  The risk is in the motivation to create and finish the project.

Reiterate why this is a great product and why this team of people are the ones to create it.  Also state something about how the product will potentially be a great hit in the market using statistical measures.
