Need to create a business case for NG so that we can pursue contracts in the area of 'Serious Games'.  The company doesn't have a dedicated group to be able to go after these types of contracts and the goal is to show the company that it can be a very lucrative business model to create the capability within the company.  The first thing that needs to be done is to identify what the company is currently doing in this area.  The second, is to identify potential contracts that are out there.  The final piece is to create a road map on how to get there.
