This document will be the closing capture statement of the Concept Development Phase.  Requires customer approval.

===== Idea =====
The stock market is money.  How can one make use of this vast pool of cash for their own purpose.  That's the idea, create some software to gather the stock ratings and do some analysis of the data to determine which stocks to buy and which to sell.

Make money grow on trees.

===== Target Market Segment Strategy =====
This is to identify what the underlying message will be and how it will be conveyed to the target market.

===== Features =====
  * Fire and forget, it will do the rest.

===== Target Market =====
The fewer the better.  If this actually works and to many people use it then the stock market will go out of wack and this program wont work.

===== Target Hardware Platform =====
A machine capable of running MSSQL.

===== Estimated Schedule and Budget =====
Unknown on the time frame.  This is a hard problem that may not have a solution.  The software to collect data should only take 1 week at 1 FTE.

===== Competitive Analysis =====
Many have tried to do this with little to no success.  Now it's my turn.

===== The Team =====
Someone capable of writing C# that can parse websites and populate a database.

===== Risk Analysis =====
Many poeple have tryed to make something similar with little to no success.  This means that my success rate is low to nil.

===== Summary =====
Make money on the stock market.  This is a daunting task but worth spending some time to see if it is possible.
