This document will be the closing capture statement of the Concept Development Phase.  Requires customer approval.

The goal would be to have the same functionality that Beyond TV gives one on the computer to have that on the PocketPC.

Take your TV everywhere.

===== Target Market Segment Strategy =====
This is to identify what the underlying message will be and how it will be conveyed to the target market.

  * All the features of Beyond TV on a PocketPC.

===== Target Market =====
Anyone that would want the TV in there pocket.

===== Target Hardware Platform =====
This would be any PocketPC, windows mobile platform.  This may include the iPhone and Droid later down the road.

===== Estimated Schedule and Budget =====
4 weeks at 1 FTE.

===== Competitive Analysis =====
The company used to have this software for the handheld but has discontinued it for some reason.  Other products are streaming web content only and most of them charge for this service.  The content on those systems are very limited.

===== The Team =====
Someone that understands the Beyond TV SDK and has a good understanding of pocketPC development.

===== Risk Analysis =====
This is of very low priority and will be worked on my free time.

===== Summary =====
It would be cool to be able to watch your tv anywhere you want without limitations.
